I can find my client key and the secret of my business account

I'm working on a sandbox account and creating three plans for my website and one of the plans is a subscription now I have the plan id and subscription id and need to cancel the subscription from the website I create a button form in my website and used subscription cancel code but it's not working, I have plan subscription both id available. Also, I create my plan in my sandbox business account and I'm using the API key from my developer account. Can anyone share where I can find my client key and the secret of my business account I shared a screenshot of the error Please check and help me with this please.

Please make sure that your PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations. 

Please follow the below steps and create a new LIVE REST API credentials(i.e Client ID & Secret) via developer portal. 

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/  >> My apps & credentials >> toggle "LIVE" >> create "App" >> fill required details >> you can able to access your LIVE REST API (Client ID & Secret).
