I am using sandbox account for buy subscription but facing an issue

I used PayPal for buy subscription. It's was working during my development but from today it's not working and getting an issue which is not understandable and have no clue on community of PayPal for resolution. please help me to fix this or tell me where the issue lies. Thanks

If you are still experiencing the issue, please create an MTS ticket via the following URL: https://www.paypal.com/mts. Please ensure that you provide detailed information about any errors you are experiencing when submitting the ticket including:
- Correlation or debug IDs
- Specific error code being returned
- Copy of the API request/response if available.
