HI all, I am new in paypal, wish to create a integration, and found that i does not had rights to create apps in sandbox as per following link.
https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/
As i had confirmed my email, may i know it is need submit any other document for confirmation to enable the button 'create app', or any other setting have to be done, since my account already create 4 days in paypal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
