How to enable Reference Transactions on a sandbox merchant account?

I have set up a merchant business pro account in the sandbox environment and in order to be able to test with subscription payments require that reference transitions are enabled on that sandbox account. How to do that?

Reference transactions are enabled by default on all new sandbox accounts.

Thank you for your reply The PayPal Support helped sort this one out. But it's also good to know that for new accounts this option is already enabled by default.
