How to enable Payouts REST API in Live?

Hello together,

we can´t enable Payouts in our live environment. Everything works in sandbox.

PayPal is telling us to contact customer support for further information. They are telling us for over 3 weeks now that the team for this issue is on

further education. We submitted all information (company information, bank account, phone numbers,..) to PayPal.

Can anyone help us with this issue?

Hello,

The payouts product requires account vetting to be conducted, so you need to contact customer service to discuss this request further.

The team that conducts the vetting process is always available. I'd recommend contacting customer service by phone and escalate to a supervisor as required.
