How to create a sftp user in sandbox?

hello,i'd like to create a sftp user in sandbox for testing "transcation detail report" download? But I can't find where to create the sftp user.

Hello,

sFTP access has to be enabled on an account before you can see / access the section to create a sFTP user. sFTP access is not enabled on accounts by default.

It's been a while since you answered this question. 
I'm trying to find in my sandbox account settings and preferences how I can enable the sftp access but it seems impossible to find.  
Seems like sandbox accounts don't even have a reporting option.
Should I set it up on my primary account?

Hello,

sFTP access in sandbox or production accounts can only be enabled by PayPal employees, so this is why you're not seeing the option to setup sFTP users.

I can enable it for you in a sandbox account, but you'll need to provide the merchant id for your sandbox account and specify the type of reports you would like the account to be subscribed to.

To retrieve the merchant id for your sandbox account, review the thread pinned to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".

The most commonly subscribed reports are the settlement report (STL) and the transaction detail report (TRR).

The Merchant Id of my sandbox account is: ZGSYZF386TAC2
and I want to generate Settlement reports.

Thanks for sharing the merchant id for your sandbox account.

I've enabled sFTP access on your account and subscribed the account to the STL report, with delivery to both the account's reporting portal and to sFTP.

Report generation occurs daily and will begin with the next reporting cycle (within 24 hours).

You can now create sFTP users from within the sandbox account.

Thanks for sharing the merchant id for your sandbox business account.

I've enabled sFTP reporting on the account with merchant id "YWH3XSVEKC3TC".

I've also subscribed the account to the transaction detail report and generation / delivery of this report to sFTP will start in the next reporting cycle (24hrs).
