Hi,
We have particular app having a checkout with paypal option that redirects us to the paypal sandbox for the payment. we enter our credentials and perform the transaction with the added test card over there. I want to know is there any way to decline this transaction as the transaction is always successful. For example if there is any test card or something like that. I searched on google and used several decline cars but it always got succeeded through paypal, I also used a special CVV like 411 which should decline the transaction but it didn't through help.
Would much appreciate your inputs and help on this!!
