I am downloading transaction reports from my business account, but the custom number field is empty.
When I attempt this in my sandbox environment, it is filled with data (which I require) but I cannot replicate in the live environment.
What do I need to do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
