Help enabling Require Billing Address on Sandbox account

Is anyone able to help explain how to enable the feature Require Billing Address on a Sandbox account?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

If you comment your Merchant ID for your Sandbox account, I can enable it on your Sandbox Business Account.

Thank you for posting the Sandbox Merchant ID, it looks like that may not be the correct one. Usually its alpha numeric and all caps.

Here are the steps to obtaining the Merchant ID from your Sandbox Account:

• Log into the sandbox account at https://sandbox.paypal.com
• Click on settings Icon to the left of Log out
• Click on Account Settings
• Click on Business information
• You will see PayPal Merchant ID usually starts with a letter and all letters are Capitalized

I've enabled that functionality on the account.

Note : This functionality can be enabled on sandbox accounts without prior review, but within our production environment this functionality does have to be requested and a review process occurs to determine if your account is eligible. Just so you're aware.
