Getting an Error :" payment could not be executed "

Hello Community,

I'm facing a problem which i don't know why is still appearing each time i try to test payment with my website using the sandbox.

so i have two accounts one for the client and another one for the business, and also i linked my app store to the business account and i got the client id , i used that client id in my app,and by the way I'm developing my app with reactjs  and i'm using "react-paypal-express-checkout" package to get this done .

so when i click that paypal button to checkout and i login using the client account (buyer) after i click Pay Now an error occurs :

 so i don't know why i'm getting this error while i'm pretty sure that this error not comes from my side.

any help here please .
