Hello Paypal,

 

I will trying to fetch recurring payment details with my sendbox account but everytime below response:

Then try to fix this issue with below steps:

But when clicking on API Access Update link

Then not open next steps. Everytime below error when opening page:

So can you please provide me solution for this issue. I will try last 3 days but no solution. It effects my business. SO please suggest me solution fast.
