Hi! I have a little issue right now. I forgot to change my email into production mode. The site went live in a sandbox account and some payments were made through that sandbox account. I was wondering if it would send through if payments was made to the sandbox account. If it were what would I do?
it's from a wordpress website with gravity forms integrated with paypal btw.
Hello there, I am afraid that will not be possible. If you went live while the integration ran against the sandbox, the payments are lost and I would urge you to not send out goods but to contact the buyers instead and to do a transaction ones more after you resolved the error. Regards, Stefan
