Errors trying to use sandbox recently

We have been experiencing problems with the sandbox environment for the past few days.  We can create agreement tokens.  However, when I try to go the sandbox and specify the agreement token I am unable create an account.  Currently, the sandbox responds with a message saying "Things don't appear to be working at the moment.  Please try again later."  Other teams are reporting issues with other endpoints, but I am unable to duplicate those problems because I can't get past this one.  Any advice?
