Errors creating new sandbox account, errors creating facilitator and buyer accounts
I created a new account so that I can access developer documentation. When testing purchases using this account, the credit cards I've generated are declined. Looking at the accounts section of the developer dashboard:
the default facilitator account has status "error"
the default buyer account has status "error"
I have linked my sandbox account to my developer account. However, there are no notifications to confirm the email, and if I attempt to send a notification to confirm the email, no new notifications are shown in the developer dashboard
Any new account I create from the developer dashboard results in status "error"
