Error when trying to create an app in the sandbox

Hi all!

I am getting an error when trying to create a new app in the sandbox.  Everything looks good as far as I can tell with my account.  I'm just wondering if anyone has any insight into this?  Thanks!

Hello,

Please try creating a new sandbox business account first, using a unique email address. Once the new account has been created, try to create a new REST application and choose the new sandbox account during the application creation process.

Let me know if the issue persists after following these steps.
