Error when delete and create sandbox account

Hi,

When a create a sandbox account or delete a sandbox account, all of the accounts are showing 'error'.

I have found this issue almost two weeks from the beginning a tried to create a sandbox account.

How can I fix it?

My Merchant  ID is EMMC72UUVG63Y and the error id is 380152402eb31.
