Error retrieving applications

When I go to my developer dashboard, I get the following error:

There was error retrieving applications. Please try again.

If I then attempt to View Details for one of my apps, I get the following error:

Something went wrong. Your sandbox app details could not be fetched. You can try again or you can fetch your live app details.

I have attempted to create a new app and get the same result.

while the errorcode keeps changing on every try.
