PayPal Pro payment failed. Payment was rejected due to an error: (10548) “This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.” Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.
I see that some people have gotten this manually resolved by paypal.
If a moderator can help me with this, or someone else that knows how to resolve this, i'd greatly appreciate it. thank you.

Hello,
The issue impacts U.S. business sandbox accounts only.
U.K. business sandbox accounts can be upgraded to payments pro.
There is no workaround available.
