Error 10548 in Sandbox environment

We are also getting error message 10548 when testing in sandbox mode. Sandbox Email address is joseph-facilitator at LiveShopBuy dotcom. We called support to no avail. I see many others are having same issue but I don't see a solution, only that your fixing the individual issues on your side. Please assist and fix our issue and post the solution so others may benefit and be more productive. Thank you

Hello,
This is a known issue with U.S. business accounts with which you attempt to upgrade to payments pro and use our direct card payments product.
There is currently no solution to this issue and testing direct card payments from U.S. sandbox accounts is not possible at this time. We anticipate the issue being resolved in early January 2018.
