I'm getting a 10001 internal paypal error when trying to make payments with an established sandbox account that worked as recently as this morning. The sandbox account email address is art-facilitator[at]imagetransfers.net. This is listed as a "generic error" on paypal's support site and contact with customer support is recommended.
