I'm trying to set up a product payment via PayPal and I need to get both reference transactions and the option to fetch the customer's billing address enabled in a *live* account environment.
Based on the documentation and the information available that I can find online, the only way to get these two enabled is to ask PayPal support. There isn't any account option or configuration to enable them that I can find for live transactions.
I've tried to contact PayPal support through the "Message" option in the support site but this brings no success.
I am trying to enable Reference Transactions on my PayPal business account - merchant number is 5Y8KKSJUER5UW.
I need this feature to sell recurring subscriptions via LifterLMS.
Any tips on how to get these two features enabled ... Or how to get a Paypal Specialist to assist me with this? Thanks!
