Enable reference transactions

I need to enable reference transactions for my sandbox account.
The merchant ID is US4L7QSX6XMC6

Hello,

Thanks for sharing the merchant id / payer id for your sandbox account.

Reference transactions are enabled by default on all new sandbox accounts, so you don't need to take any further action here.  I've checked and confirmed that reference transactions are enabled on this sandbox account.
