Enable reference transactions in sandbox

Hi

I need to enable reference transactions for my sandbox account.
The merchant ID is U2DQGYTJLJ3T4

I am aware that new accounts have this enabled by default. However I just tried a test transaction and get a response like:

&ACK=SuccessWithWarning
&L_SHORTMESSAGE0=Merchant%20not%20enabled%20for%20reference%20transactions

Thanks for sharing the merchant id from your sandbox account. I've enabled reference transactions on the account.
