Can I please get "Require Customer's Billing Address" enabled on the sandbox account for the merchant ID: <Removed>

The merchant id you've provided is not for a sandbox business account.

Please check the merchant id provided and use the instructions provided in the thread pinned to the top of this forum "how to report a sandbox issue" to retrieve the merchant id for your sandbox business account.
