Enable Reference Transaction in a sanbox account

Hi,

I received the error messages "L_SHORTMESSAGE0=Merchant not enabled for reference transactions"

I need to enable reference transactions for my sandbox account.

The Account ID:

• DHZBRVHT7BULG
• BSQYUMW237RH6

If you need / want to check if reference transactions are enabled on your sandbox account, please create a new thread for your request and include the merchant id / payer id from your sandbox account.  Details on how to retrieve the merchant id / payer id for your sandbox account and can be found in the thread pinned to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".

Can I check to see if mine is active as well? My merchant ID is MCU24JXJFZXSC

I think it would be helpful for future inquiries if you would be kind to post the process in verifying if this is active or not.

Hello,

The merchant id provided "MCU24JXJFZXSC" is not for a sandbox account.

Please login to the sandbox account in which you want to check if reference transactions are enabled and retrieve the merchant id from within the account.

To test if the functionality is enabled on a sandbox account, you would need to perform a reference transaction request, to which the response received from our system will advise if the functionality is enabled or not.
