I put a second email on my account but every time i try to confirm it and i put my password in i keep getting my info is incorrect

It sounds as if you are trying to login into an account with the wrong credentials or on the wrong website.
You can login to your sandbox accounts here:
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com
A direct link to add a new email to an SB account can be done here:
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/email
