Email about "API Certificate"

Hello...I got the following instructions in an email from paypal:

 

Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile near the top of the page. Click My selling tools. Under "Selling online," click Update beside "API access." Click View API Certificate. Click Renew Certificate. Under the certificate marked "Active", click Download Certificate.


 I see no button on the page for the fifth step, "view API certificate" I have followed the four earlier steps correctly. Does anyone have a solution?

Sorry, I think you might be on the new interface, can you look for "Manage API credentials" after you click "Update" beside API Access and click that instead. In there you should be able to renew your cert.

People are still getting these email notifications with instructions that have not been updated for the new UI. It's rather confusing.
