ERRORS: Creating Sandbox and Seeing Error

Trying to create a sandbox environment and no matter if i use personal or business I keep getting an error under the status.
I logged in and authenticated my account to create the sandbox but it keeps throwing back an error for some reason.

We experienced an issue recently which caused accounts to be created in an "error" status within our sandbox environment.
This issue has since been resolved.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
