ERROR 10548 - The merchant's account is not able to process transactions

We are Getting the error code 10548 with "The merchant's account is not able to process transactions." Our developer have set up everything perfect in our sandbox. Still We are getting this error. Can you please help us with this error? @MTS_Justin

Hello,

The "debug id" provided in the response message is from our production environment, not our sandbox environment.

In our production environment, the API caller account needs to be enabled for payments pro.
