ERROR 10548 - The merchant's account is not able to process transactions

I'm Getting the error code 10548 with merchant's account is not able to process transactions. I have set up everything perfect in my sandbox. Still I'm getting this error. 

 

Any solution/suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @SamKanj

I've attempted to lookup that account within our sandbox environment, however no accounts are found under that email address.

Please login to PayPal Developer (https://developer.paypal.com) then click on "Accounts" under the "Sandbox" column to view the sandbox accounts registered to your developer account.

Hello Justin,

 

I am getting the same error can you please fix that?

 

My sandbox email address is: wanwar-facilitator at nexgeninc dot com and developer email is: wanwar at nexgeninc dot com

 

If you add Payment pro to my sand box account it will fix that.

my sandbox account is ajay.ldots (at) gmail.com , I am getting following error message. I have upgraded my account to pro. Can you please let me know what could be the issue.

We're getting the same error

We're using the direct payments API and also need reference transactions enabled.

Is there an issue with the business pro sandbox accounts still? I’ve made my merchant sandbox a Pro one and the first request goes through fine and gives me a successful response but ones after that give me the 10548 error. If I create a new account, it works once again and then the same problem

So don't you have any solutions yet? 

And this issue is only applied to the sandbox accounts created recently?
