ERROR: 10548 Merchant Account Can't Accept Transactions

Hello,

I've just setup a sandbox account and tried to issue a 'Sale' Payment from my shopping cart.

Getting this error.

My sandbox account indicates that Business Pro is setup correctly.

This error seems to indicate there is something wrong on the Paypal sandbox side.

Can somebody take a look at my account?
