PayPal Developer Dashboard is't working well these days. I've an app and in Sandbox mode I needto enable permissions for billing egreements, future payments, invoicing and transaction search. But when I try to enable I got "Something went wrong saving the application. Try again."

This is the http response when I try to save:

POST https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/edit/saveapp

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
Content-Length: 0
Connection: keep-alive
Keep-Alive: timeout=180
Server: nginx

How is possible a 500 Internal Server Error in the official PayPal website?

Please I need an immediate help, I've opened a ticket yesterday without any answer. I'm very very disappointed.

I'm not able also to create webhook or edit an existing one because the same problem

Hello,

There appears to be an issue with your facilitator account, as it's not recognized as being associated with your developer account and this explains the error. If a REST application and sandbox account are linked together and the sandbox account is deleted from your developer account, this will be the outcome as the REST application is attempting to retrieve information about the sandbox account it's associated with, but cannot as the account has been disassociated from the developer account the REST application is registered to.

To resolve, create a new REST application and associate it with the sandbox account "*****test@netheru.***" (info removed to protect privacy) or alternatively, create a new sandbox business account and create a new REST application and link the two together by choosing the new sandbox account during the REST application creation process.

Thanks !

Was my post helpful? If so, please give me a kudos!
