Description field in Checkout and Invoices

I have created a website where we have a checkout page. Then we have several sections that we want to show in the invoice that goes out to the customer.
The biggest issue we are trying to solve is that we have a NAME field, which mentioned the Fee for example Registartion Fee, then we also add a comment or description field where we mention details (like 2 shirts, 1 ticket, 1 bag, etc...) . So the user sees it n details in the second line under the Registration Fee (called description in the invoice template section)
When the checkout happens there is a button called MORE, and we are able to see the rest of the details. Also in the facilitator's invoice we also see the full details. But in the buyer's sandbox email receipt, we again only see the Registration Fee without the actual details underneath.
How am I enable to see all the other details there as well? We do not see anything in the support docs at all.

If you could also provide details on how your submitting the request (via webform (HTML) or API) and provide a copy of the request if possible ?

First let me add the screenshots. As far as I know we use the API. But I have to wait a little before I can copy the actual request. Looks like everything is there, but not showing in one of the invoice.

We use the on1,os1 fields as product option to send the stuff we need to show in the customer's invoice. Though it shows up during the payments, but not in the final invoice.

Also here is another one that shows that the info goes to the invoice and can be seen before payment. So it works, but disappears in the final invoice.
