DPRP is disabled in sandbox account

I have integrated PayPal Website Payment Pro for user recurring payments but it get error "DPRP is disabled for this merchant".  My sandbox Account Type:Business-Pro.How to enable DPRP in sandbox account to make recurring payment?

Can you please comment your Sandbox Merchant ID? I can enable DPRP on your Sandbox Account.
