Creating a sandbox account

I'm trying to set up a paypal payment gateway in click funnels and need to set up a sandbox account in paypal. 

I need to enter an email to do this - can this be any email?

It's also asking for a credit card and balance to be entered.  How is this used - it doesn't have any space to put the credit card number in.

Thank you for Posting to the PayPal Merchant Technical Support Community.

If the Sandbox account is created through the PayPal Developer test cards and test bank accounts are automatically given to the account. You do not have to fill that information in. That information is needed for running test transactions in Sandbox, which is why we will give you the test funds automatically.

Here are the steps to creating a Sandbox Account:

• Go to https://developer.paypal.com
• Click on Log into Dashboard (login with your live PayPal email and password)
• Click Accounts under Sandbox
• Click Create Account (if you don't click customize Developer will create a sandbox email for you)
• 
• Make sure to create a Business and a Personal Account
