Creating a Sandbox Buyer Account always results in an error

When creating a Sandbox Buyer Account(Personal)

https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/create

the status changes to "processing" and then ends in "error".

This is the fourth account created always with the same result.

 

Any solution?

Cannot delete correctly tooI

Cannot create new ones .. even if the message says created ... it's listed as error....

This is a big mess !! I don't know if there is any technical support behind it ....

Business account can now be upgraded to Pro... Ok

but still issues when deleting accounts .... always error please retry ...

This is a big mess, I am just trying to check if my paypal works on my wordpress.

 

No sandbox account works, allways error.

 

Isn't there a more simple way to test if my e-commerce is working??

 

This is neverending and nothing works as expected.
