Create subscription plan getting error "Recurring payments is disabled"

Hi, i am doing following steps

1. Create a plan

2. Activate the plan

3. Create billing aggrement

4. Sending user to paypal to approve billing aggrement.

 

After that when i am logging with buyer account i ma getting error "Recurring Payment is disabled."

 

I am getting this problem from few days, before that it worked fine.

Hello,

It sounds like something is wrong with the account which is submitting the request, ie: recurring payments is not enabled on that account.

I've just tested the process you outlined and it successfully created the agreement for me.
