Hi, I'm trying to create a new sandbox account for an application that I am developing from developer.paypal.com. The first thing that the form asks for is the country (just below is a note 'Select the country that will be used for live payments or the country that you're developing the live application for.'). However, I noticed that my country - Malta - is not included in the list. Other countries are excluded as well. What's the reason please?
