Confirm email address

I use the same email address to log in the sandbox business account as I do on the live business account.

But on the sandbox account I can't confirm the email (which is already confirmed on live).

I mean I click Confirm in the Business dashboard but the email is never sent. And no notifications found at https://developer.paypal.com/developer/notifications

So because of this (probably) I can't activate a test subscription and complete my integration (getting a code 400 contingency DECLINED_INSTRUMENT)

" Sorry, we couldn't set up your subscription using the payment method you selected. Please try another payment method. "

 

Please confirm my address manually.
