Cant connect to sandbox for testing in project

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

If you are still receiving the same error message, can you please provide the following:

• Merchant ID from your Sandbox Business Account
• Complete Request (No credentials)
• The currency code that you are using

If you are using INR currency you will sometimes receive error messages if you attempt to process payments with an account or credit card that cannot process this currency.

If you need a test card that can process INR currency, we have Visa and MasterCards that can be generated in the Credit Card Generator. If you log into the dashboard of https://developer.paypal.com and choose the Country of India a Visa or MasterCard and then Generate the CC, a test credit card will be generated that can process INR currency.
