Cannot create sandbox accounts: error status

I have been trying to create the sandbox accounts the last 3 days unsuccessfully.  Everytime I created a new account, the status of the account is error.  When I deleted the account, I could not create a new one because it said email exists.  I had to create new emails and still could not create new paypal sandbox account.  I am running out of emails and patience.

 

Any tip would be appreciated

Hello,

We're aware - I've pinned a thread about this issue to the top of this forum and I'll post there once the issue has been resolved.

In relation to the email address on a sandbox account, you can use any email address / domain combination, it does not have to exist in the "non-sandbox" world.
You can completely make up the email address / domain and it will be accepted.
