Can't duplicate sandbox account, added password but still says password is required

In my list of Sandbox Accounts I have a number of them I'd like to duplicate using the Duplicate Account option in the Manage Accounts column.

 

In the dialog that comes up, a unique email is specified and it requests a password 8-20 characters long. I've supplied one that meets the criteria but it gives a "Password is required" error no matter what I try. I've used letters only, alphanumeric, alphanumeric+symbols, etc. All between 8 and 20 characters but nothing works.

Anyone know why this is happening and how to get accounts duplicated?

I've re-tested this issue today and I'm now able to duplicate an account, specify a new password for the new account and the account is created successfully.
