Can't able to upgrade to business pro

When i try to upgrade sandbox business  to business pro. i am getting this error

Something went wrong. PayPal Payments Pro could not be enabled. Try again.

If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: 5bfbcdb063fd1

Due to this error i can't test trangention on my site. Please help.

This was an issue until recently and is now resolved.

Please attempt upgrading an account to payments pro again.

I m facing the same issue! I have an account in Australia and have created two developer accounts, one personal and one business. Now i tried adding another one, a sandbox account,to test but i m getting the same error. So it seems that the error is not resolved.

Ok so it seems that its kinda a bug.I called paypal customer support and while on the phone, when i i tried to reproduce it, it just worked! The tech support woman, informed me that this might happen occasionally due to the cookies. So She instructed me, next time to try and clear my cache from all the cookies and if this doesn't work, try another browser.
