Can not complete payment

Hi everyone,

I'm ASP NET MVC Junior developer and still research about Paypal integration but encountered a problem.

When I click on Pay (on my site) and redirect to Paypal check out page (like this: https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_express-checkout&token=EC-4VP80416W5242054D).

I click on Continue button and loading screen show up. After awhile, loading screen off but I still in Paypal Check out page, I click Continue button again and loading screen show up again, but it spins forever.

I checked the activities of my sandbox account but no payment was created.

Can you guys help me consider this problem?
