Build a Customized Connect with PayPal Button Broken

Since yesterday's update from "Login with PayPal" to "Connect with PayPal", the created button/link from the button customization form (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/identity/button-js-builder/) opens a mini-window with a 404. Previously, the mini-window would open and show the PayPal login view. Is anyone else seeing the same issue? In terms of the form, I've only filled out: Application ID, chose sanbox for auth end point and the return URL. The form worked correctly for the old "Login with PayPal" version.

To add to this, if we go to the old "Login with PayPal" button form (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/identity/button-js-builder-v1/) and fill out the form, it does produce a button that opens a mini-window showing PayPal's login form. However, the redirect URL (entered in the create button form) actually opens in the mini-browser after successful login! After a successful login, the mini-browser should close and the redirection should take place in the main browser?
