To whom it may concern, 

 

I am facing enormous problem in contacting with BrainTree sales - our all the tests with sandbox account went well and now we are willing to open production type. I have already send 3 messages via "contact our sales" button on BrainTree website and no-one contacted me yet. Please help!

I had exactly this issue.

I could get no response. I eventually contacted someone in Braintree through tech support, and although they escalated my request, it still took months to hear back from sales.

When I eventually did, the agent didn't even bother to properly check my name, calling me by my surname.

But I would suggest you change your plans. Read the reviews on Braintree. You would be mad if you used them. 

I'm only going with Stripe because of it. I'll integrate Paypal into our app when they realise what is happening at Braintree and offer us something that works, and has decent support for customers.
