Billing Agreement first payment hasn't been done

I have created and executed an agreement in sandbox without errors. Agreement is active. Payments should be done every month. There wasn't initial payment. Required Start date has been set to time()+600 in PHP. But first payment hasn't done for 8 hours. But why? Agreement Id is I-A2W67K1NURCK.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Technical Support Community.

I confirmed that the initial payment of $5.00 was processed: Dec 22, 2019 20:57:19 GMT+01:00. 

The recurring profile: I-A2W67K1NURCK was cancelled Dec 23, 2019 07:49:14 GMT+01:00, so it never had a chance to charge again.
