I am a Canadian citizen living in Mexico spending time in the US.
I opened a US bank account using my permanent Mexican address. I am trying to link my US debit card to my US paypal account, however because I used my Mexican address it is rejecting my card. I want to put my Mexican primary address linked to my US bank account however the system will not let me put in an address outside the US, HELP?
