Balance / ACH Funded Payments | 10001 Internal Error

Hello Sandbox Community,

 

We're currently experiencing an issue within our environment which is impacting the ability for a user to conduct a transaction and funded it from their account balance or bank account (ACH).  Attempting to use either of these funding methods is resulting in a "10001 - Internal Error" API response.

 

Our developer teams are already triaging this issue and we hope to have it resolved soon.  I'll update this thread once the issue has been resolved.

 

In the interim, if you fund the transaction via debit/credit card, it should complete without issue.

Hello,

If you fund the transaction via debit/credit card, does it succeed ?

Please share the debug id returned with this failure message so I can review it
