Authentication failed due to invalid authentication credentials or a missing Authorization header

I know that last summer Paypal had an issue in the Sandbox that caused these errors to occur. Then subsequently when the errors came back, you said that for business that didn't integrate before a certain date, they would need to migrate to v5. We have been successfully using our current setup for over 4 years now. We started seeing these error messages today -- and we didn't change any code. Either you have the same problem you did last summer, or you have stopped "grandfathering" folks like us. If you want us to take action, please be specific and give good instructions. One post seemed to suggest a need to upgrade to v5, but your link on how to do that was broken. When we google migrating to v5, there's no clear link on how to do that. We seem to still be working in production (whew!), but we need to do some testing in dev on unrelated work and this is holding up our launch window. Please fix or let us know what we need to do. Here is what we are seeing

OnError: Error: Request to post https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/payment-experience/web-profiles failed with 401 error. Correlation...
